Conditions

• In car rental price includes VAT and full car insurance (CASCO, motor third party liability insurance, maintenance).
• Minimum rental period – one day.
• Booking fee is 30-100 EUR (renting a car is returned).
• Deposit and rent card, cash or bank transfer is paid before renting a car.
• Deposit: cars for 200-400 EUR, minivan rental of 200-600 Eur.
• Deposit in other countries under a separate agreement.
• The minimum driving age – 21 m., The driving experience by renting cars – 1 year when renting the passenger and cargo vans – 3 years. Travelling with leased car is possible only with the written consent of the lessor. The unauthorized departure to a foreign country without the permission of the lessor, subject to a fine of EUR 1000.
• The car rental contract is required to submit an identity document and a valid driver’s license.
• Of the Additional driver data must be submitted before signing the car rental contract. Transfer the person driving the car, is not included in the car rental contract, is strictly forbidden.
• No smoking in the car.
• For car rental you can pay by credit MASTERCARD, VISA, American Express cards, credit cards Maestro, Visa Electron, bank transfers and cash.
• In the case a technical fault, the lessor shall undertake, within a reasonable time, to give the tenant a replacement car.
• Rental car can be driven not only tenant, but the tenant’s at the request the selected person.
• Cars are issued with full fuel tank, return the car required as well as a full tank. When any incomplete vehicle fuel tank tax rate of 20 Eur refueling service charge for the missing fuel amount the customer is obligated to pay under the gas station cash register receipt.
• The landlord reserves the right to change the reserved car to another of the same or a higher class.
• The average total daily mileage lease period does not exceed 300 km, each additional kilometer traveled additionally charged 0,06 Eur for cars, vans and EUR 0,09.
